American Dairy Association North East

An American couple, specializing in creating food sculptures, presented a cow made of almost 500 kilograms of butter at the Pennsylvania Farm Show, one of the largest indoor agricultural fairs in the United States.

Jim Victor and Marie Pelton travel across the country to display their food art at state and county fairs, TV shows, and commissioned pieces for businesses.

For the agricultural exhibition in Pennsylvania, the husband and wife duo presented a life-size cow sculpture weighing 455 kg made entirely of butter. This impressive piece of art was designed to celebrate the state’s dairy producers and its agricultural industry in general.

“This sculpture celebrates the incredible dedication and creativity of the farmers who feed our communities and advocate for sustainability,” Pelton said in a press statement. “Creating art that highlights the vital role of agriculture in our lives is truly a labor of love.”
